Order Help (Books / Audio / Video)

1. Select a Section (Language for books or Audio, Video) of your choice.
2. Select a topic of your choice and click the "Go" button.
3. Select the item of your choice by clicking "Add to Cart" checkbox.
4. After selecting your items, please click "View Shopping Cart".
5. You now will be taken to the Order form.
   1. Here, you can make the following changes:
      a.You can Delete an item by unselecting the "Confirm" box.
      b.You can change the quantity of the item.
   2. If you have made any of the above changes, please click the "Recalculate" button.
   3. You can also cancel the order by clicking "Cancel" button.
      
6. To make the payment, press the "Click to Pay" button.
7. Enter your personal information with your mailing address.
8. Click the "Order Now" button where you have the option of making the payment by Credit Card/Demand Draft.
9. If you have selected Credit Card, you will be entering a Secure Site where you can enter your Credit Card details and after successful validation of your Credit Card, a page will be displayed with all the details.
10. If you have selected DD, a page will be displayed with all the details. Only after receiving your payment, your order will be processed.
11. DELIVERY - ABROAD - Within 10 working days if ordered through courier (DHL) and within 20 working days if ordered by airmail. Airmail option is not available if the order also includes audio cassettes/CDs or Video Cassettes/CDs.

    DELIVERY - WITHIN INDIA - Within 7 working days.
