1. What are the available payment options?
We accept all Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept payments by Demand drafts.
2. Is it safe to use my credit card?
We use the 128 bit Secure Socket Layer(SSL) link which protects your credit card information by encrypting the details of your card. We also have a ICICI bank payment gateway and all your credit card information is authenticated directly by the bank which makes it much safer to use your card on our website.
3. How do you calculate the charges for my order?
We take into account the price of the book plus shipping and handling as applicable.
4. What are your Shipping charges?
Shipping charges within India will be levied as per the rates specified by Express Parcel Post of Indian Postal Department. For International orders, we ship through either "Airmail" or "DHL" according to your preferance. Airmail option is not available if the order also includes audio cassettes/CDs or Video Cassettes/CDs.
5. How many days does it take for me to receive the book after I place the order in your website?
1. 10 working days for International shipment through "DHL"
2. 20 working days for International shipment through "Airmail"
3. 7 working days for Indian shipment.
6. How do I check the current status of my orders?
You can always check the status of your order (ordered through Credit Card) by entering your order ID at the URL "sriramakrishnamath.org/books/YourOrderStatus.asp", which will display the status. For Orders despatched through DHL, we will send you a mail with the consignment number.
7. Can I cancel an order after it is submitted?
Sorry, this option is not available as far as now. We are sorry that this cannot be done as the order is processed immediately.
